HORRIBLE SERVICE 11/7/2010

I went to Audio Dreams expecting to have a gps unit installed in my car. They told me the installation would take one hour. After waiting for an hour they told me they did not have the parts to install the unit so they told me it would be another 30 to go and get the part and install it. After waiting another 3 hours, without anyone telling me what was going on, they said that we would have to bring back the car another day. I spent half of my weekend afternoon there. After receiving my car NOTHING had been done. The original radio unit was still there! On top of that the whole car smelt like smoke. I will NEVER, EVER return to this store to have anything done to my car again! I advise the same for you! more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! 7/27/2010

I went to audio dreams hoping to get a simple radio and amp installation. They tore up my car, and left it with wires lose everywhere. Left the shop with a very bad engine feedback. I went back 5 times trying to get it fixed and they did nothing but make it worse! For $25 I had my problem fixed at a local audio shop. Dont waste you time and money at audio dreams! They are nothing but liers! My rating is 0 but since a rating is required I had to put one star! Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING! more

Do not shop here save your money for elsewhere, these people have no shame, they will RIP YOU OFF installation is poorly done , the service is horrible. I went to them for a simple amp installation for my subs at the end my airbag light was on, a plastic panel was broken which they said was already like that and refused to replace it . where is the customer satisfaction in that ? these people are full of it. Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING more
