Best Audio Installer in Los Angeles, CA 9/9/2010

I recently purchased a 2005 Lotus Elise and was looking for a audio upgrade. I purchased (4) JL Audio Speakers, a 4 CH Blaupunkt Amp, Monster Cables throughout, and a powered sub. I was recommended by a friend to talk to Devin from AudioAdvice and I'm glad I did. He's worked on Lotus' in the past and his work is flat out amazing. He doesn't just install your stuff but takes pride in the work he does and it shows. I know you hear these "good" reviews everywhere but this guy is the only installer I'd ever take my cars to from this point on. more

The best installations hands down. 8/18/2009

This is a top notch business that handles anything and everything from cd changer installs to $5k audio setups. \r \r I've been EXTREMELY pleased with all the work that Devon has done for me which has been quite a bit of work. No pressure sales, BS gimmicks, or huge overhead costs. His installs are flawless that really show how detailed he is when it comes to working on a customer's vehicle. No cut corners here as with most other businesses.\r \r Visit Audio Advice and be prepared for excellence. You'll never seek another audio shop again. more

Audio Advice is the only place I'll take my car 8/2/2009

Audio Advice is the only place to go if you value your time, money and your vehicle. I've been to places like Circuit City and they butcher your car and mickey mouse the wiring. Devin is a perfectionist and it shows... his work is fantastic. Melanie is great to work with and they are both pleasant, friendly and reasonable. more

A Real Lifesaver 3/7/2009

Audio Advice made last summer's vacation a truly memorable event. My daughter accidentally placed two DVDs in our car's video player. If you were to ask her the world had come to an end. My wife, older daughter and I could not begin to think how we would tolerate the extreme boredom of an 8 year old during a 6 hour trip to northern California. Audio Advice saved that day! In less than a day, they had removed the DVDs and got us on our way. We owe them a debt of gratitude for helping make our trip both enjoyable and RELAXING. more

Professionalism and great knowledge 3/27/2008

In todays age of quantity over quality, it is nice to know that Stores/Shops like Audio Advice still exist. Devon possesses a wealth of knowledge second to none, along with his skills and obsession to detail, makes dealing with him very pleasurable. I have had Devon set up two of my Trucks with sound systems that will match up with the best. I gave Devon my likes and dislikes in musical sounds, and then let him design a system for me, and he was spot on on both installations. I have received many compliments on the sound systems quality, both sound and installation, in both trucks from various age groups. Nothing but the highest praise for Audio Advice. Way to Go Devon and Melanie. more

Good Experience 1/6/2008

My wife and I have both had bad experiences with Al and Ed's Autosound so when I was given speakers for my car, I wanted to get an experienced professional to install them. I saw the earlier review for Audio Advice and decided to try them.\r \r They installed the speakers and they sound great. And I was very comfortable working with them. This was not a big project but I like working with real pros. more

Outstanding car audio 8/18/2005

Devon at Audio Advice completely resuscitated a botched install by Al & Ed's and turned my car into a home theater! Custom wiring, expert advice on the right speakers for the kind of music I listen to that work best in a car of my size (Chrysler 300c). Beautiful amp racks and immaculate install. I couldn't recommend this shop any more highly. I am a stickler for the details and it is refreshing to see a craftsman deliver the caliber of work you will get if you take your car to Audio Advice. It has been about 6 or 7 months since Devon hooked me up and the install is still rock solid and sounds great. I live in Santa Monica and would not hesitate to take my car out to Audio Advice again , not worrying about how it's going to turn out is totally worth the extra drive! PROS: Quality sound, clean install, actual knowledge & skill! CONS: none more
