Audible Image & Data INC

I'm waiting for Tony from Audible Image & Data, Inc. to call me back. I want to set up another job for him to do for me. The first job he did for me was he installed a flat screen 60" television. Everything has been fine, he did a good job. Tony is easy to talk to. I don't have one negative response to the experience. If I had any advice to give him, I'd just tell him to keep on doing what he's doing! Ebb Berry more

Tony at Audible Image & Data was fabulous! I absolutely would recommend him. I would say, first off, he was honest and reliable. He called us when he was going to be 5 minutes late, which was very unusual. He corrected someone else's sloppy work and did a beautiful, absolutely professional job. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do, and he was very thorough. Unlike most people, he cleaned up after himself, and there were no wires or other debris on the floor after he left like we have seen from others before. more

I would just say that Audible Image & Data was very thorough, and very patient. They encountered a lot of unexpected thing, but they took the time to figure everything out and get everything done exactly the way we wanted it. more

We have a new home and had the need to install an entire audio-visual system, so my experience with Audible Image started with that. In other words, it was an opportunity for Audible Image to recommend to us everything from the television to the audio system that I have. It included capability for a collection of CDs, an iPod, and, you know, all the normal paraphernalia in a home for playing pictures and photographs, movies, and primarily music. So, we've followed their recommendations, and one of the key benefits for their approach was to use a universal remote to replace the half a dozen remotes to each individual unit, and I really, really enjoyed that aspect of it! It also included speaker locations for surround sound. The whole system turned out wonderfully, and I couldn't be more pleased, especially because their solutions for us were very cost effective. Another factor in my being will to recommend them to anybody is their excellent service in response to, primarily, my questions. There haven't been any defects, so I haven't had to call them back to correct things of that nature. I happen to be 73 years old, and I am no technocrat. Audible Image has been very responsive to my questions on how to operate the various things we're trying to operate and become familiar with. I give them strong credit for not only the rapid, but accurate response to questions of that type. I have recommended Audible Image to quite a few friends, and they all have had similar experiences, so I won't hesitate to recommend them to anoyone. Dave Gunderson more
