From the moment you walk in the door at Leith Audi of Raleigh and are pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, to speaking with professional, no pressure salespeople like Charles Parker, to working with wonderful finance folks like Melissa Cape, who explain every detail of the sale, to the Managers and General Manager who personally thank you for your business; its a wonderful buying experience. more

Audi Raleigh is awesome 2/27/2012

My visit to Audi Raleigh turned out to be the best car-shopping and buying experience I have ever had. John Marble and the sales team offered me a lot more for my trade-in than I had anticipated, and there was no pressure during my entire visit. I chose a car they had on their lot that was not an Audi, and John was just as interested in helping me figure out the particulars of this car as if it were an Audi. There is no doubt that I will go back to this Audi dealership for my next purchase! more

I was in the market for a 2012 Q5 Premium Plus, and I had the pleasure of working with Anthony at Audi Raleigh. Anthony is knowledgeable, respectful, always returns your calls and emails, and the best part: I never even met him until my Q5 arrived at the dealership. Excellent Car Buying Experience 5/27/2011

Excellent Experience. I bought my used 2008 Audi a4 in December at Raleigh Audi from David Dowdy. David has provided excellent service, from helping us locate a car, purchase it, and answer questions that we had along the way since our purchase. In addition to very customer-friendly interactions with David, I have had extremely positive interactions from everyone there in management, parts, and service. We recently had a routine service visit, and I was very pleased. Also, Audi financing was competitive. I am considering replacing our second car with an a3. When we buy our next Audi, it will be through David at Audi Raleigh! more

Only place to go for an Audi 5/17/2011

I chose this dealership to purchase my new Audi S5. I placed the order back in November 2010. It was a long but exciting wait. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Kirby. I did not take a test-drive with this dealership, but a nearby dealership. After realizing that the S5 I wanted would be a special order it was apparent that I would have to work hard to get it at the right price. This is the first reason why I chose this dealership. Unlike the other dealership, Brandon knew that it didn?t matter what car you decided to purchase, it was your hard earned money that is going to enable you to make the purchase. Having gone through this process 6 months before for my wife?s Honda, I was not looking forward to it. However, Brandon Kirby is not the same as other car salesman. The right price was achieved in a few phone calls and Brandon made this moment enjoyable, after all it is supposed to be! First class service to EVERYONE ~ 5/17/2011

Was extremely appreciative of how I was treated as a walk-in looking at a lower-priced used car on their lot. Brandon Kirby was gracious, patient, and first class in how he treated my daughter and myself in all aspects of our negotiation. His manager, Ronald Ruscoe was personable as well, and went above and beyond in trying to work with us on many different budget scenarios. It is rare in this business to find salesmen who cater to you as if money is no object when it obviously is. We are extremely happy with the quality and price of the car that we bought, and will have no reservations about recommending them (even though it's an hour and a half drive - it's worth it to work with good, honest people). more

Mr. Whitehurst is top notch! 4/9/2011

I have visited Audi Raleigh several times now with many questions and test drives. I have always dealt with Mr. Ian Whitehurst. He continues to be extremely accomadating in my delayed schedule for purchasing a new Audi and offers me helpful advice and professional patience as I work toward my purchase. Never once have he failed to assist me and encourage me to browse or test drive any model that interests me. Very soon, I WILL be buying from this dealership and Mr. Whitehurst. I experienced such exceptional customer service and professionalism during my car buying experience with Anthony Cotellese at Audi Raleigh. From my first initial contact with Anthony in the parking lot of the dealership to signing the contract, he made it seem seamlessly. He truly listened and acknowledged my concerns and answered my numerous questions all while keeping a ?NO? pressure sales pitch. I have owned other luxury cars over the years and have dealt with numerous sales representatives but none can compare with the top-notch service I received from Anthony. I would highly recommend Anthony and I am looking forward to buying my next Audi from him. more

I have dealt with Leith Audi service for since 2004 and can whole heartely endorse these guys. Steve Dutra is a superb service manager who always seems to know exactly what you need. \r So you have a great performance car and need reliable service, try out Leith Audi on Capital Blvd. Steve Dutra and the Leith Audi service guys are a class act who wont disappoint you. more
