My first time going to Long Beach Mini was pleasant and informative.  After reading several negative reviews, I was skeptical to return to lease a 2011 Mini Cooper.  Regardless, I was treated well during my first visit, so I returned to complete the deal.  I have to admit - I was waiting for some misunderstanding when it came time to sign the contract - but everything was exactly as previously discussed.  Ali was a great salesman and the manager and finance team was accommodating.  After the contract had been signed, I decided to add one last thing - Even though it was late - they re-configured a new contract.  We love the Mini and appreciate the team at Long Beach Mini for making our experience great!  ps.  We received a great price for our Mercedes trade-in! more
