Didn't have a great experience this time around. To be fair, it's usually better, so perhaps this one was an outlier. Brought the car in on Wed evening because it wouldn't start. They called me on Thu morning, told me they're starting. Then called me again on Thu afternoon telling me they need to replace the battery. Ok, so far so good. But then they disappeared. I was expecting them to call later that day, they didn't. I called them up multiple times on Fri, couldn't get through. Called them again on Sat, the lady told me she'll pass the message to the person working on it and he'll call back, no one has. Sun they were closed. Called them again Mon morning, same deal, couldn't get through. Finally, when I called Mon late afternoon, the lady said the guy who worked on my car already went home, but 'don't worry', he'll call me soon. Having been unable to get an update on my car for 4 straight days, I was finally pissed and let them know. Then, miraculously, she immediately found a supervisor who was able to tell me what was done to my car and that it was ready for pickup. All in all, they definitely could have done better in communication and being accountable to their customers.
