This mortgage department took me step by step in procuring a new home builder's construction loan and then step by step when we converted it to a home mortgage loan. I have never been so well educated, nor so happy with the percentage of the loan, the ease of the paperwork, and the professionalism of the lender. There is a great home town bank and mortgage company still out there folks!!!
