Superior, unprecedented customer service! I recently contacted Auburn Valley Towing for a reason unrelated to towing. A friend who lives nearby the towing dispatching office had a personal emergency and the owner of Auburn Valley Towing immediately offered to assist. The emergency involved the certified service dog, Molly, that belongs to my friend and aids him in the event of a medical issue. Molly had become separated from my friend and was lost in the surrounding neighborhood. Upon hearing the information, the owner of Auburn Valley Towing offered his assistance and immediately began driving and canvasing the streets and neighborhood in an effort to find Molly. A few minutes later we received a call from the Humane Society indicating Molly had been found and that she was safe and in custody. A few weeks ago my '78 Chev pick up broke down on my way to work. Called the standard 411 for towing in Auburn.\r I was connected to Nick at Auburn Valley Towing and told him of the situation, late for work, truck broke down, need help fast! He dispatched a truck while I was on the phone with him, and within 15 minutes a tow truck was on scene. Ron was the driver. He was real helpful and was quick to get my truck loaded onto his flatbed truck. He told me that he would drop me off at work and deliver my truck to a local shop to get it worked on. He gave me the number of the company and dropped me off. I called the place to let them know my truck was in route. It was a wonderful experience to what could have been a real bad day. The guys at Valley Towing will always get the call from me to tow any of my vehicles and I have told all my friends if they need something towed, car, truck, motorcycle, what ever, these are the guys to call A+++ service, decent prices too. more

When my car broke down this was the closest towing company to my car and that my insurance would cover. The people who come to get you are really nice and friendly, it does help to make a bad situation a bit better. The prices are high like any company but some insurances should cover most if not all.
