Aubuchan's in Whitinsville is a hidden gem! If you need it and can't find it anywhere else, they have or will get it for you. They are an old fashion hardware store that has the tradition of knowing their customers and treating them well...Thanks for what you Do! more

I called on the phone to ask if they had a product in stock (Roof Melt). The person who answered the phone knew his inventory and immediately responded that they had it in stock! When I got there, the gentleman who waited on me was very curteous and helped me to the car with the Roof Melt, Roof Rake and snow melt. more

Everytime me and my wife go to the store in whitinsville June and all the rest of staff are always cheerfull and helpfull.The store is much smaller than big box like home depot/loews/wallmart but most prices are close and the convienence and atmosphere is great.I wish you could maybe send some coupons to us just to help out a little.We give store 5 stars because your employee's definitely make the shoppimg experience worthwhile.God job to you all!!!Sincerely Rob and Tammy,Hill st. whitinsville,ma more

This is the first place I go when I have a question 3/23/2010

This is the first place I go when I have a question. From an odd-shaped screw or other piece of unknown (to me) hardware, to paint and fertilizing advice. The other local HW store (a chain) might seem better for pricing and just browsing, but I never get answers there. more

It's really great to go into a store these days and be welcomed and offered help immediately without even asking.The staff often has answers to questions, if they don't, they ask another staff person who does. How rare this is. I wish other types of stores take the lead. For me personally, there are other more convenient stores buy I go out of my way to shop there. Great job guys-keep up the good work! more

I have been using this store for 25 years 1/28/2009

I have been using this store for 25 years. I would not go to any other hardware store. Not only are June and Dennis top notch, the employees are as well. I encourage everyone in the area to use this store. more
