I Have been into Blue Mist a couple of time and tried different stylist. All were good but Jackie was my favorite. She really listened to my conserns and then actually gave me what we talked about!! I have gotten my haircut here three times, and never again. You know when your hair starts growing out and you can see all the mistakes? The stylist was very nice, but I don't pay BIG bucks for a friend-I have plenty of those. I will not go back again! Pros: Friendly and updated atmosphere. Cons: Not the best hair skills. more

Jennifer Baker is an amazing Hair Stylist who always makes me look beautiful. After living in several different states for my job, I moved to Colorado in 2003 and discovered Jennifer in another salon that was right down the street from my house. After the first time she did my hair, I was amazed how great she made my hair look. It looked fantastic! (And trust me, I don't give compliments easily) So ever since then, I have been going to Jennifer exclusively where my hair has improved dramatically and is more healthier now than ever before. Jennifer is truly a very knowledgeable hair stylist who takes great pride in her work and makes sure every detail and request is attended to by the client. Also she is an excellent listener which is so important. I personally know this because I have very naturally curly hair (which can be challenging to cut) and Jennifer is the first person who really listened to what I wanted, showed me how to style my hair beautifully while improving the health of my hair significantly. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone who is looking for an excellent stylist. Also, she has a wonderful personality which of course makes it a joy when it comes time to getting my hair done. And the location she is at, Blue Mist, is a very upscale hair salon that recently went through a complete renovation making it look even more beautiful than before. I have been seeing Jackie O'Donnell for years - I follow her from salon to salon. Blue Mist is one the nicest and roomiest spaces she's worked in. The staff are friendly and accommodating and they always have a huge selection of up-to-date magazines (important when you have 30 minutes or so to wait while your color sets.) more

This salon is a great place to go for a relaxing time and wonderful hair cut. The ladies there are welcoming and with the new renovation.....it is obvious that they care about their customers comfort. I love going to get my hair done at this salon. It is a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and the stylists go out of their way to make you feel pampered. Jackie does my hair and always does a wonderful job. She listens to my ideas, throws in some of her own and I am always happy with the final result. Well worth it! I've been going there for a few years now and the girl I go to gives GREAT cuts! But she's NEVER on time, come on people this is a service you are providing and I am paying $165.00 for a cut and color. As the salon owner you'd think she'd want to keep all clients (her's or not) HAPPY. Plus they never have anyone there anymore to wax my brows. GET IT TOGETHER!!!! Pros: Good cut Cons: Expensive more

My husband and I both got haircuts at the same time. We both have long hair and we both had gone several months without a cut. My stylist spent time looking at magazines with me to pick a good cut, and talked to me about my hair type (something I'm clueless about). My husband's stylist...well, she was really nice. The problem is, he told her clearly that he needed to be able to put his hair in a ponytail for work. By the end, his hair looked great, but the front/top layers were too short and (a couple of months later) he still can't pull it back neatly. I told my stylist that I do NOT spend a lot of time on my hair, I needed something I can wash, maybe dry, and then leave. This is a great place for hair, nails, and skin care. The first time I walked in I was greeted by a professional, it was clean, the music was soft (not off the wall rock or loud). The stylist was excellent and my hair has the best. The manicure and pedicure was best I have had. The people saw to my needs and did it. I will be back!!!! more
