Well what brought me to this Salon was a bad experience about 2 weeks ago at one of the Lombard location hair salon. The hair and the color looked so bad, words can't even describe it! That made me look up other hair salons in the area, and a few minutes later I was on the phone with the owner Cheryl. I told her what had happened and asked for her help. The friendly voice on the other side of the line re-assured me that as bad as it is, that she personally will help me look and feel better about my new style. I have been in sales all my life, and I have to say she had impressed me already, with the customer service and her attitude.\r
Now I see why most hair salons have only 2-3 stars and so many complains. I mean, at Attitudes, you see the difference right away. \r
Cheryl was able to get rid of ""rainbow colors"" in my hair, and the best thing, she did it all in the period of 1.5 hrs total (something that takes other places 3-4 hrs minimum), and no pain resulting in pulling my hair like most hair dressers seem not to care about.\r
Professional, and high quality places like this one is, should have their business promoted and I am taking time out of my busy schedule to do so. Anyone who reads this, you will be completely satisfied with your new hair :-)! GO TO ATTITUDES HAIR SALON!!!!\r
