When I came in the store, The sandyblond douchebag who looked like he just graduated from college was literally playing with his iphone and paying no attention to customers. When i proceed to talk to another representative who seemed much nicer he then quickly said "" hello"" hoping that like a dog, i came to his desk. Then, when i asked him about a phone package he replied to me without checking that i should go to another at & t branch. What the hell? I thought all of them are the same. What a lazy douchebag. IN addition, the entire time i was speaking to him..he was sitting on his chair comfortably. As though he was MY BOSS. he then gestured at the chair without saying anything pointing at it DEMANDING that i sit. He then proceed to flirt with my cousin and said something that was supposedly ""suave"" and when i asked him what he said...he literally said "" NEVERMIND"" as though i am mentally retarded. This guy shows no hospitality , poor attitude, arrogance, completely unprofessional. HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! I have always loved at & t and have been using AT & T for years (so does my family). HE GIVES AT & T Such a bad name. NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE have i BEEN treated LIKE THIS EVER!!!TERRIBLE !!!! FIRE HIM!
