Stay away from this store. I have been an AT&T customer for 4 years. I went to this location to upgrade my phone and renew for another 2 years, as my current contract just ended. I was very excited to get a new phone, but my happy anticipation was quickly ruined by a horrendous experience. I am now researching other carriers so I can switch. more

Nightmare 12/12/2010

Avoid this store at all costs. Their customer service is horrific and non-existent. The staff is uninformed of ATT products and policies, and can't ( or won't) answer simple questions with honest answers. They make lots of promises, but do not deliver and will go so far as to quote you one thing and do another. I have been an ATT customer for a long time and am so fed up with the subpar treatment that I am seriously looking for a way to move to another carrier. more
