IVE HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION. I WENT IN TO FIND OUT WHY ATT IS OVERCHARGING ME CONTINUOUSLY EVERY MONTH ON MY INTERNET BILL BECAUSE AFTER CALLING THE BILLING DEPT FIVE TIMES IT NEVER WORKED AND I ALSO CAME IN TO POSSIBLY SWITCH MY PHONE CARRIER. WHEN I ASKED THE GENTLEMAN TO PLEASE HELP ME THE GENTLEMAN HAD NO INTEREST AND DIDN'T CARE. I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY BILL,, I UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T HAVE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH ME AND WHEN I ASKED TO LOG ONLINE TO GET IT - *****THE INTERNET WAS DOWN****** AT AN ATT STORE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! REALLY?? WELL THAT MADE ME THINK TWICE IN MY DECISION FOR THEM IN POSSIBLY BEING MY PHONE CARRIER. DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY INTERNET BILL, DIDN'T SHOW ME ANY PHONES, THEY LOST MY BUSINESS.
