I have had several bad experiences with at&t. Now this is pathetic. I had been with them for almost 5 years until here last month. I was going to upgrade my plan and add another line for my son. The sales people switched so the lady could go help someone else. The new girl that took over ended up leaving me high and dry to go help someone else. What in the world do they have you sign in for if they are just going to keep skipping over you? Makes a lot of sense. HUH! Needless to say that day I switched to T-Mobile.
