If a chain is as strong as its weakest link, this company can't possibly be that good. I called to ask for the free in-home estimate their website offers and the so-called customer service rep, (You know the type -- emotionless and rude, asks the next question before you even finish answering her previous question, annoyed that you called) proceeded to tell me that they would not come to my place because it was ""just a one-bedroom"". I would take an automated customer service robot any day over her. She said she could give me an estimate over the phone. I politely declined, hung up and thought of the more creative responses I could have come up with. My suggestions to MM: Qualify your website claims and send phone girl in for a tune up. (I called around 9:30AM today.)
