I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store and I especially love the people who work there and Yves the owner. I have bought several pieces at this store and they have completely stood by their products. But this one tops it all.....here is my story: Before I discovered Atmosphere, I bought several items from another furniture place called Haus Furniture. I purchased from Haus, a coffee table and a dining room table. When the two pieces were delivered to my place, both pieces could not be assembled because they both lacked the right parts in the packaged boxes they came in. So they left my dining room table In parts on the floor and they took back the coffe table (which I insisted they do). Now I had already paid for both items in advance plus delivery and set-up. Well Haus finally brought back the coffee table after I called them several times but to this day almost three month later they have not gotten the parts for the dining room table and it wasn't until I went to their store on 6 different occasions that they finally told me that they were not sure if they could get the parts and that there was really nothing they could do and to wait and maybe they would find the parts or maybe they wouldn't and they never offered to pick up the table and they did tell me that they would not give me my money back but only MAYBE a store credit. I was so frustrated and they would not give me the owners name or how to get in touch with him. Now this story has a very happy ending and that is because of Yves at ATMOSPHERE. Yes Yves heard my sad tale and came to my rescue. He had the table picked up by his people and he had the parts made for me and put the table together and is having it delivered to my place. Ok, where have you ever heard of such amazing, incredible service from any store much less one that I didn't even buy the table from? ATMOSPHERE is the best furniture store on this planet. And the best part is they have fantastic furniture and accessories. And if there is something you want and you don't see it in the store they will find it in a catalog for you. I love my new couch and my beautiful glass and white lacquer desk and my white lacquer and glass entertainment center. They even took back the dining room chair I order because they were too large for my dining room. No questions asked. I have several more pieces to buy and you can bet they will all be from Atmosphere. Thank you Yves for your unbelievable service and care.
