Wish we had a choice in gas providers! 2/11/2012

Awful, awful company. They turned off our gas and wouldn't turn it on until it pipes were fixed by another company. (Which is understandable.) They left the gas off in our house for 2 days without heat in the middle of winter and they didn't care at all to get here quickly to turn it back on. I wonder how they would feel without heat in their house for an entire weekend? No customer service, unhelpful, grumpy and obviously NOT FAST!!!!! more

These guys are horrible 3/26/2009

watch out for these guys ... horrible customer service. expect to be on hold for an hour or two. and auto pay ... well sometimes they don't process it correctly and forget to pull your funds. Don't worry ...it'll be your fault and they'll just shut your gas off. I hope you like cold showers :) Pros: connected gas okay Cons: but then they cut it off more
