Atlas Tile Carpet & Wood Flooring

Not good. Purchased ""White Coins"" mosaic tile. Was white in showroom, white on setting compound, and then turned fifty shades of gray after application of grout. For $30 per square foot I expected it to appear as shown. Can not use gray tile but of course could not return. Asked for refund almost 4 months ago and have not received any response since January. Steve is stonewalling. When it's good it's good, but when a problem it's bad. Don't recommend. more

After spending nearly 3 Thousand dollars here I attempted to return a $23 defective bag of grout-that had been exposed to excessive moisture before I got it and had lumps which my tile man with over 40 yrs experience said to return as it was unusable. STEVE- was sceptical after feeling the outside of the bag- I explained that the grout was full of lumps inside- still not accepting this I had to reach in and show him- now with my hand black from the grout do you think he would offer me a means to wash it off? NO- I had to ask him to use a nearby sink- The most he would do is offer to order me another bag. I told him we needed it now not in 3 days just refund my money and we would buy it over the counter where my tile man trades. He refused. WAY TO GO STEVE! Was it worth the cost to you ? Probably had marked it up over 100% in the first place- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I also discovered that his prices were way higher than a nationwide tile store I will remember this and will NEVER trade there again. What a change from when he was trying to get my business when we first met him! So STEVE- Take that bag of grout and go powder your nose with it., more
