I was sold on the surveilance system no questions.\r BUT -- Read the contract and the FINE PRINT. The salesman did not disclose the truth. Once you have signed you are no longer a customer of Sentry.\r \r The lease was sold to MARLIN LEASING ( Quido) \r The late fees are enormous - $59.00 if you are 1 day late, You will also be expected to pay extravagant Property Taxes ($565.00 per year in my case) \r \r I called the President of Marlin and expressed my concerns, he was to look into it and call me back. (Still waiting after 8 months). They could care less, told me it was the fault of the Leasing Company, even had the gall to entice me into renewing my contract and extending it by two years! \r If you do the math, one of their ""state of the art"" camera systems will cost you nearly $16,000.00 before it is all over. \r CROOKS in my opinion.\r Read reviews and do your home work,\r I sure wish I had. I HAVE BOUGHT MY SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY HAS LIED TO ME AND MADE IT WHERE I AM STUCK WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR COMMITMENTS. THEY ALSO DO NOT MAKE SURE THEIR EQUIPMENT WORKS PROPERLY LIKE THEY STATE. JASON THE REP THAT CAME OUT AND SOLD ME THE SYSTEM ADVISED THAT I HAD A 30 DAY WAITING PERIOD ON MY EQUIPMENT AND THEN THE OWNER ADVISED THAT THERE WAS NEVER A 30 DAY PERIOD. I HAVE CALLED JASON NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE REFUSES TO ANSWER ME BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT HE DID WAS WRONG. THE COMPANY STILL USES JASON TO SELL THEIR EQUIPMENT BUT DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORD. Ok I saw the demonstration and was impressed! One of my companies had been broken in to 3 times. A lady from Sentry called me up one day and said she could be my personal Executive prevention specialist! She was friendly, informative, and the rep that came out was very considerate of my time. I got the system. It pays for itself. I write it off on my taxes as a business expence for the auto dealership. I am even planning on getting another system for my wife's coffee shop. Do it. It's worth it! more
