Yes I would recommend this Robertson Automotive to my friends and co-workers.

Worst

was not satisfied came in with the same problem and left with the same problem and still had to pay the $209

Tried to rip me off 9/24/2014

I took my vehicle knowing exactly how much the parts were for it to fix it, depending on what the diagnostics said. They were trying to charge me 1100$ for a 400$ part. So I called them on it. Then when they called to verify the price I had for the part they still wanted to charge 650$ just for the part. I will never take my vehicle to them to fix. I understand they have to make money, but that is just ridiculous! more

I was impressed 8/10/2014

My cars a/c was repaired by Robertson automotive this last spring. Every few weeks for over 3 months I would have another a/c issue & every time they were happy to look at it again until the issue was finally resolved, never charging additional, always under the original repair warranty, with a courteous & positive attitude! Thank you for your due diligence and honesty, always making sure the customer was completely satisfied! more

Trust 7/27/2014

This was a case of honoring their warranty on a previous service. They replaced a part that went bad and caused an oil leak. Robertson covered both towing and repair on this issue. Have used them for all our vehicles, and found them always to be upfront and honest in their dealings with us. more

"Positive" attitudes 4/26/2014

From the first time I walked in I am always greeted with the most friendly, how can we help, wanting to do the job and do it right attitude. A lot of places now days just want to shake their head, tell you how bad your problem is, and make you feel like your in a tunnel of gloom. Not at Robertson Automotive, they have approached all my automotive issues and problems with a can-do and want-to attitude and that means a lot to me. A+++++ Robertson crew, keep up the good work. more
