Atlantic Shoreline tinted my home for me. Craig the gentelman who came out to do the estimate he was amazing he did such a wonderful job going over the diffrent types of film they had to film my home.. He answered every question i had made me feel great about doing the job.. The Gentel Men who came out to film my home they were on time and did an amazing job they even cleaned up really Nice and picked up everything... Must Say hands down this is the best place to call if your looking into getting ur home filmed.. So dont wait call them to day and see for your self!!!!! more

Sorry if you felt as if we ""robbed"" you, if you go to the doctor, dentist or even a dealership to have something looked at you get charged a co-pay or diagnostic fee. Diagnostic fees are normally $55.00, as a courtesy we only charged $20.00. We did pull your vehicle in the shop and did a thorough inspection and at that time we determined the dvd was jammed and we were unable to eject it as your dvd unit was beyond repair. It was not our product nor our warranty. I'm glad the place of business which we referred you too was able to assist you and we do hope that you were able to have your problem rectified. In conclusion we feel as if your review was inaccurate unjustified and misleading. more

I went into Atlantic Shoreline to have my car's dvd player looked at for possible repair and although I was told they would tell me any expenses before fixing it, they never once mentioned anything of a diagnostic fee. After a few minutes, they came back to tell me they could not fix the unit ""and oh yeah, that will be $20."" $20 to look at the unit for a minute and tell me they could not fix it?! I made it very clear I was not told up front about this--on the phone or when I first came into the shop but they insisted I pay. They were holding my car keys so I found myself in quite a predicament. I walked out feeling robbed and like they had tried to scam me--get me in the door and then claim the unit is not fixable so I would spent 1K on one of their new ones. And in the very least, they just made a cool $20 for a few minutes of their time. It makes me wonder if they even bothered to look at the unit at all. I have since found another shop that although they only install new units, they were nice enough to give me the name of a repair guy that sometimes can repair the unit and has a lot of success. They said to try the repair guy before having them install a new one. It is nice to know there are still atleast some honest businessmen out there. I can say nothing of the work Atlantic Shoreline does since I will never again give them my business but I can say be careful. Make sure you realize it'll cost you $20 just for walking in their door to have them take a quick look. Cons: dishonest more
