We had a beautiful new roof installed on our single-family house on August 5, 2013. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the roof, the customer service, and the overall professionalism of Atlantic Remodeling Corp. They even coordinated with our HOA for the required HOA approval. Very satisfied! more

We recently had Atlantic Remodeling replace our roof and I was very happy how we were treated throughout the process. They were always on time from the initial appointment to installation day. Our project manager was very professional and customized the estimate to exactly what we wanted. I could not be more pleased with the job they did. more

We recently had windows replaced in our home. Atlantic was very easy to work with and our project manager was very knowledgeable. The best part was the red cent guarantee, they never asked for any money until the job was fully complete and we were happy. Being a homeowner that has been duped in the past, this really put my mind at ease and made choosing Atlantic an easy decision. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home. more

Atlantic remodeling replaced the siding on my house last week and did very good job. We interviewed five contractors and decided to go with Atlantic because their project manager was very competent, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable that project would be seemless. I am pleased to report everything that was promised was delivered on, no surprises, no worries. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that make professionalism a priority. If you want it done right, the first time, call these guys. more

Wow, my husband and I are not easily impressed, but working with Atlantic Remodeling was a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time, were very professional, extremely reliable and will stand behind their work. They were certainly not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We were very happy with the work and everyone was very courteous. more

?Simply the Best!? My experience with Atlantic Remodeling was incredibly easy from the start to finish. As a single female homeowner, it has been so difficult over the years taking care of my home only because I?ve been scammed and ripped off several times in the past by local contractors. Thus, I was very skeptical when a young man knocked on my door asking if I wanted a free roof estimate. But, I needed to get my roof replaced, so I made an appointment . Two days later, I had the pleasure of meeting Dino, who is the project manager for the Atlantic Remodeling. He made me feel that I am in control of the decisions that needed to be made and gave me a real education in roofing. The roofing crew came out 3 weeks later to install my new roof and it was perfect. The technicians were professionals and were very respectful of my garden and shrubs. The clean up was pretty neat when they walked my yard repeatedly with a magnetic rake picking up all the nails. Dino walked around the house with me making sure everything was done as agreed to in the contract. I would recommend them to anyone who likes things done right the first time by professionals who instilled a sense of security and trust throughout the process. more

JOB WELL DONE! I have worked with and hired dozens of contractors. Very rarely do any of them do what they say they will when they say they'll do it. This firm, while not the cheapest, gave me exactly what I paid for. The fact that they gave me their Red Cent Guarantee probably should have told me all I needed to know...they fronted the bill for my $20K roof with out a penny. The crew installed, completed and cleaned all in ONE DAY! Very impressive. They did exactly what Dino, my project manager, said they would. I definitely recommend them for anyone who wants a ""prefessional"" experience. more

My wife and I had a great experience with Atlantic Remodeling. We were about to choose another company to replace our roof, when a young man came to our door and offered us a free estimate. We were able to get our estimate the next day, and actually ended up getting a 50 year shingle for the same price as we almost spent on a 30 year shingle. Everyone from the company treated us well from start to finish, and I would recommend them highly to anyone! more

Atlantic Remodeling did a wonderful job! 1/4/2012

We were surprised at how easy it was to work with Atlantic. We had some bad experiences with contractors in the past. Joseph, our salesman, was very clear about everything and walked us through the entire project. Not single complaint. Our windows were old and drafty. The new windows look great and no more drafts! They definitely earned our repeat business. Great work for a great price. more

Disgusted with Sales Rep/Manager. SO RUDE. 11/19/2011

My husband and I had a TERRIBLE experience with a sales guy coming to our house to give us a 'free estimate' for siding. They had a door-to-door sales person come to our house and offer a free estimate. My husband set up a time for a Saturday morning for them to come back and give us an estimate. When they arrived, I was not feeling well and stayed in bed and my husband spoke with the sales guy. The guy brought in all of the samples to look at for siding, but then refused to share any information with my husband unless I came downstairs. My husband asked him to just leave some information and we would discuss and call back, but he refused. The sales guy called his manager, who repremanded my husband on the phone...telling him that he was wrong and that both home owners MUST be present for any time of estimate and that they could charge us for a quote. THEN...the manager had the audacity to request an apology from my husband because his sales guy had to drive a long way to our house. My husband asked the guy to leave and he was extremely rude on the way out. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. more

Scam, Lies, Violation of Codes and Instructions, will Sue 10/14/2011

They ordered no supplied and did no work, yet the sewed me anyway. After the 3 hour sales pitch, and having to sign a paper to waive my rights to cancel the contract in 3 days, we unfortunately signed a contract. I canceled the contract 8 days after signing and Bert Levar the CEO even called me to threaten me with a lawsuit that would cost me thousands of dollars. 1. Get a copy of the waiver of the rights to rescind. Their trick to get you to sign, yet the contract has a cancellation date. On the phone and in court they deny that such a paper even existed. 2. They will do or say anything to get the sale. a. The contract stated they would remove a ridge vent and shingle over it... This is against the VA Construction Code, and Certain Teeds installation instructions. b. The contract said they would only install GAF Weather Watch by the gutters, go to the website... this is not how GAF says to install their product as a Master Elite installer. c. Ice damming... they don't do it properly in accordance with the VA Construction Code. 3. Since they don't do the work in compliance with the VA Const. Code, or the manufacturers installation instruction you do not get the ""25 yr"" warranty that they promise! If you had your roof done by them... look at the installation instructions of the product! They cut corners, lie, and do not follow the instructions! If you do your homework you can sue them. 4. Dave Stavanoha is a slimy salesman that will say anything to get you to sign, and then you are trapped. Jim Yates claims to be the top of the food chain at the company, and told me that I'm screwed and he didn't care. Bert Lebhar (CEO) calls and threatens lawsuits! Then Todd the new CFO comes to court drinking the corporate cool-aid still trying to sell a roof to me as his company is suing me, and laughing at me as I cite the violations to the installation instructions and VA Construction Code. He said they are more like ""guidelines"" not instructions or codes. 5. The profit that they will get on your job is twice as much as you need to pay. Avoid this company at all costs! If they did your roof... I would dig into the manufacturers installation instructions and see where they violated the directions and code. Sue them! Tell them what Jim Yates told me, ""It's just business."" This company is desperate for every penny they can squeeze out of you. more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME 9/29/2011

I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had to this time. This company has horrible sales people. I MEAN HORRIBLE SALES PEOPLE. Their way of selling is called ""TIME SHARE selling."" ""The price is this but if you sign today, you'll get a 25% discount. OH, still won't sign today, we have a special program that would bring the price down considerably."" Three different prices!!! The last price was close to the other estimates we received. I was skeptical, I said I'll think about it... then the rudeness begins. His voice starts to rise and his demeanor change to anger. If were younger and my children weren't present, I would have... Well you know. Do yourself a favor, CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!! more

AVOID THIS COMPANY 3/8/2011

AVOID THIS COMPANY. This company is awful. This ""project coordinator"" named Don Reed comes to my house at dusk wearing dress up clothes and starts a long speech about how great their company is. We start asking questions which must deviate from his planned selling speech and he starts insulting us. He eventually says we are ""unprofessional"" and not fit for his business and starts packing up his stuff to leave. He asks if he can use my phone (while he has his own cell phone) to call his boss. Good thing I don't have a home phone! He continues to throw insults at us while walking to the door saying how I need to ""man"" up and not have my Dad consult with me on the roof and I need to join the real world. This guy did EVERYTHING every negative review I could find on this place. AVOID THIS COMPANY. more

No complaints about Atlantic Remodeling! 4/27/2010

I had such a good experience with Atlantic that I almost wish I had more houses for them to do work on! They just replaced my siding and windows, and I couldn't be happier! I'm an older, single woman, so I was worried that I might not understand everything, but the two gentlemen who handled my project walked me through every step start to finish. I was the victim of a contractor scam in the past, so I was more careful this time around. Atlantic really exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Pros: Very professional, fairly priced more

Horrible Company 10/3/2009

I had a horrible experience with Atlantic Remodeling Corp. A manager at the company thought it was appropriate to yell at me over the phone when I called them to see why one of their employees was over two hours late to an appointment they set up with me. This company has the worst customer service ever and therefore I would not trust them one bit in remodeling my house or trust that they would complete any work with honesty or punctuality! more

Atlantic Remodeling Corp. 9/3/2009

I must say that I am very impressed with my experience with Atlantic Remodeling Corp. I was a little nervous going into such a project that I thought would be intimidating and confusing. I have a 30 yr. old home with original windows (12) that were in dismal shape. I had gotten 2 previous estimates and knew what I was looking for. The Project Coordinator B.J., out of the Baltimore office came and actually explained the process from the construction of windows to the installation, and went over the difference in the windows that I had previously thought were decent. I would have no problem recommending the services of Atlantic Remodeling Corp. to friends and family. Pros: A pleasent experience Cons: None thus far more
