Worst moving experience ever. Multiple damaged goods. Extremely rude driver, who did not explain things but rather told me what was wrong with my goods. Yet, once I pointed out damage incurred during moving, he belittled me.. Driver told me they would not take certain items, even though I was never told or given written notice in advance. Very inconsiderate and unwilling to help. Very poor communication from owner and crew. Two members of crew did not speak English, making it difficult. Owner would not even take my call for 3 days. Trash left all over both homes. I was told one time for pickup and delivery, not a window. Did not come at scheduled times. Boxes misplaced despite telling crew where to put the pre-labeled boxes. Marks left on walls. Unwilling to help. The irony of it is the owner made a point of how good their customer service was prior to signing me up. Now, they do not want to help and accomodate the customer who suffered damage to new home, goods, and emotional stress. They said it was outrageous and their crew is fantastic. Terrible customer service!
