They were terrible. My pool is blotchy and has drips. They told me I needed to spend an additional $155 to replace the transformer. (despite agreeing to fix the pool light as part of the package) I had two other electricians out who both came to the conclusion that the problem was a wire, not the transformer. The work is shoddy, don't trust them and if you are lucky enough to get an actual warranty it won't be worth the paper it's printed on. Run away from these people. They have 49 BBB complaints in 3 years. I wish I would have done my research instead of just trusting my pool stores recommendation. Read all about them-there are complaints all over the internet. I LOVE MY POOL!!! The design that Neil created for my backyard is extraordinary. Words cannot describe the look that it gives off. The vanishing edge idea was brilliant, When you are sitting in my pool it looks like it is has a constant flow into the intercostal. This was the best idea one could ever imagine. I would say from start to finish it took you guys 1 month or so but it was worth every minute. My wife always said “good things take time” and I am so happy. Your son Michael is going to become one great business man. He was able to explain to me every day what the next step and process would be, he has a great vision of what a beautiful pool should look like. Also the laminar jets are beautiful at night with the lights! its eye catching. I love the pebble tech color that you guys choose for the pool finish as well. You guys are family to me now and could not be happier to say my pool contractor is family! Please anytime you need to use me as a reference just give them my number. Looks good to me. I told the supervisor that at the end of this project I wanted to write something nice on the web. The men were extremely nice and did a great job on my pool. Leroy explained to me the process and I felt extremely conformable while the pool was being renovated. As a homeowner I feel that is very important, mainly because of the Fraud going on out there. There supervisor Mike was extremely helpful/patient with my wife and I with choosing a selection on the Tile and the pool finish. I would recommend them anytime Looks good more

Atlantic just completed my pool and deck. I am extremly happy with them. I do not care about all the negative people talk. They have been around for a long time and I am glad i have chosen them. My mothers pool was also done by Atlantic and she was extremly happy as well. more

This can't be the same company that did my pool last year! The only thing they were prompt about is taking the money. If you do deal with them, don't give them any money up front. All the reviews from last year have timed out. the only good reviews they got were the one's they posted themselves more

Atlantic did my pool last month and it came out fantastic. Russel was very nice and explained the process for me, and rep by the name of mike was on the job supervising the project. I took a total of 1 week to complete and i could not be happier. more

I looked at their customer base (about 15,000 customers), then I looked at the local celebrities that have used them...I was sold. I did read some of these negatives and it sounds like an organized campaign by a disgruntled ex-employee. My recommendation is to talk with Neil Rubin or his son Michael and then decide for yourself. I did that and am glad that I did. And no i am not a member of Atlantic either more
