Take a boat out ASAP! 6/10/2011

Great service and reasonable prices. I have never had a problem with these guys. I am local and go here at least once a month. They have always been accomodating, helpful, and willing to make sure your experience is good. If there are any negative posts on this business, it is due to the fact that most people do not know how to operate a boat/jetski and they think it is like renting a bicycle or something. If a jetski flips over due to a passing boat's wake, then the jetski is way too close and is being operated illegally! The point is that when renting powered watercraft, customers should take the time to go to the dock, look at the craft, agree upon a price, pay for it, and enjoy the rental safely and responsibly. These guys are professionals, they communicate constantly with local water safety authorities, and the safety of the customer always comes first. I will continue to visit this business, recommend it, and support their operation. I doubt that I will ever experience anything but complete satisfaction from this business! more

Great Service, reasonable prices 5/24/2009

The waverunner I rented was fast and very easy to use. It turned on a dime and was very comfortable. The employees were willing to negotiate time and money and were very kind. The only drawbacks were that the channel was a no wake zone both ways until about 100 feet south and about 300 feet north, kind of wastes time, but definetly worth it! Pros: Very kind employees, Waverunner excellent performance Cons: Surrounded by no wake zones and idle speed more

Stay Away - Bait & Switch 2/8/2009

We reserved a boat and agreed on a price with the co-owner. When we arrived to pick-up the boat, the reserved boat was unavailable and a lower quality boat was substitued. In addition they would not honor the pre-agreed price and demanded almost double. Attempts to resolve were met with insults. Very unprofessional. Stay away! more

Rip offs, tread carefully 3/22/2008

I rented a Jetski from this place and they took a deposit for it upfront. The Jetski stalled in the water and was overturned by a passing boat. The company refused to give me back my deposit stating the Jetski suffered water damage (? water damage to a Jetski). These guys are ripoffs. Go someplace else. more
