Got to say i have a big problem with the other review here. If as stated in the first paragraph the puppy had already had his rabies vacc, then what shot was he getting at 7 months?You PAID for nothing then went to Hiram and got the shot? I happen to know the fee at atl west for just an exam with no shot would be $35, so your vist at Hiram was $3--something not right here IMO. These are my regular vets and I have never, ever seen anything like this go on not have I ever heard Dr B or Dr H be rude at all to a client. In fact they have bent over bacward to be as gentle as possible with my animals. In fact one of the big reasons I go there is because they are gentle with my animals even if they have to be restrained for treatment. I am 100% confident in both vets and the staff at Atlanta west. more

I found a vet that is only 5 mins from me, very nice facility so I figured I'd try them out. I took a 7 month old PUPPY in and after waiting over an HOUR (and I even had an appointment), the Vet came in and didn't even touch my dog, he immediately wanted to get 2 other guys in there and he told me he was going to MUZZLE my dog to give him ONE shot. Seriously?!? His whole office had been loving on him, feeding him treats, even the tech had laid on him to try picking him up onto the scale but this VET was scared to give him 1 shot? Even after I told him he just had his rabies last week and was fine?!?! I was PISSED! I told them NO! more

Burnett Animal Clinic is a joke. Professional services for anything except a flea dip should be sought with either Oak Mountain or All About Animals. Pros: The staff is polite. Cons: The vets are jokes. more
