I bought a car that was clearly wrecked – no vin numbers on hood or side bumper. The hood was not even a Acura hood and the car fax report was clean. Air broke 2 days after I had it, took it to Acura and they informed me the car was wrecked and had lots of damage that was not listed in the report. They also said they see lots or messed up cars from there- Took it back to the dealer they said they fixed the air – drove it about 2 hours out of town the air went out no defrost- could not see. They said they would get me another car but totally took advantage of the situation. Charged me the 600.00 ALM fee AGAIN that they attach to all orders + all the extras again. I went to the dealership 6 times and never got a call from the manager who I tried calling several times. Never even laid eyes on the guy. I would recommend buying from a certified dealer that really checks out the cars – I was informed that a carfax report only shows if the wreck was reported to the insurance company- however looking at the car now there is no way they didn’t know it was wrecked. They even tried to tell me it could be hail damage- whatever- Live and learn. more

I was looking for a gently used X5 and found Atlanta Luxury Motors to have a wide selection. I went to a different dealership before visiting ALM, but the service at ALM was much better. My salesperson, Michael Brown, was very helpful. He worked diligently to help me find the exact vehicle that fit my preference. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and with the service that ALM provided me. I was visiting from out of state, and Michael made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that everything was great with the car. The finance team was also very good to work with. They found me a very low interest rate. I would definitely do business it's them again!! more

absolutely floored at how great this place is! Saved 4,300 dollars compared to a certified car and the rate was 2.99% beating my credit union. I have never had a better experience, no haggling or games by management. Great business more

If you are looking for a nice car for the affordable price, Atlanta Luxury motors is the place where you find your car. when you are purchasing a car you need to see lot of cars and find the good one among those and when you are in ALM, all you have to find a car which you like. you have to know your car well and good before purchasing the car and the staff in ALM will help you to know your car better and also will suggest and assist you in buying the car according to your. To summarize I would say ALM is the best place for your car purchase this time. more

Great place to find a car you are looking for and more over affordable place as well. good customer service. lot of inventory for choosing a car. I would recommend ALM if you are looking for a car, to save you some time make your first stop at ALM you don't need to go any where else. Go and get it the right car is sitting there and waiting for you. more

Who knew??? 4/1/2011

How amazing is it that you show up with a price, they honor it and I'm out in an hour?!?! They beat every dealer in town, my dad checked the car at his shop before I bought and they even threw in GAP insurance! It was almost too easy. I waited a month to review them just in case something came up and I've had no surprises. Great Dealership that does great business! more

Can't even buy a car here 10/20/2010

My husband and I went to the Roswell store to purchase a used car. On the plus side, they let us drive off by ourselves to check out the car. We decided that we'd like a particular car and were told that they would go to auction and purchase a car for us. After calling weeks later, I was told by someone else they would find the car for us and give us a call. Still nothing. I also tried to speak with a manager, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the line. It's sad when you have financing and a deposit prepared and have to work to buy a car from this dealer. Will definitely take our business else where. more
