Viking oven repair 6/23/2018

I called them about my Viking oven that was not getting hot. They sent the tech in a few days, he told us the estimate and said that it would take 2-3 business days to get parts. On 3rd day, they came back and fixed the oven, it has been a week since repair everything seems working fine. Recommend! more

Sub Zero fridge 6/10/2018

Our Sub Zero refrigerator went out on Thursday night, we call these folks and they sent on Friday morning their tech. He came on time and fixed our cooling system. Save our food. Highly recommended! more

We called at 9am on Monday morning and they sent their tech at 10am, that was quick. The tech was polite and explained each steps. We didn’t go with costly repair so we ended up buying a new fridge! more

GE profile cooktop 5/8/2018

The tech came on time, did diagnostic and provided an estimate, the price was quite high but explained that GE Profile is hard to repair and the parts are more expensive. We decided to buy a new fridge. Ok Service! more
