It is a great school to learn how to self-defense. It is a traditional Japanese self-defence training and they have wonderful, and the best instructors I've known and they can be real tough with u to make u best. It is not a very expensive course specially when it comes to save urself...In smyrna location the classes are everyday...There are lot of girls who are learning self-defense art...n lot more coming everyday. more
