I love this gym! Friendly, helpful staff and friendly members as well. I've been training here for several years now, and I don't plan on leaving. It's big, there's tons of equipment, and its CLEAN! Best protein shakes (made to order) in the world too! more

This Pompano Beach Gym gym has quality gym equipment with more then enough for every customer. I have never been stuck waiting for a machine, or space to use free weights. The fitness classes offered are all top notch. Looking for a Wingchun or MMA class this is the place to be. My wife likes the spinning and personal training offered. Personally I like to hit the weights then get a little MMA action to keep in shape. You can find me there pretty much four or five nights a week. Side note: Alex makes great Elite whey protein shakes at the bar. Feel great by staying in shape! :) more

My boyfriend bought me a membership to this gym last summer because I couldn't stand going to L.A. Shitness/meat market with him. It's so nice to finally be able to focus on my workouts without waiting on machines because people are too busy standing around chit-chatting. There are plenty of benches and machines available, even in peak hours. \r \r I've never had any issue with my payments being drafted and the staff is very personable and amusing...not like those franchise-type gyms who are always trying to push trainers and sales on you. I'm very happy with this gym. I got my boyfriend a 30-day free trial here and he will also be signing up when it runs out.\r \r Pros: no b.s. and no waiting on machines Cons: hard to find more

They're thieves... still charging my account after I formally canceled. When I come back home on R&R I'll have to waste valuable time disputing the charges with my bank. What a way to spend your time when you only have 12 days off after 75 days in Libya. Very disappointing. Pros: Not too busy which makes the equipment available. Cons: They're still charging my account. more
