I went to Dr. Bond on the recommendation of a friend, and liked her at first. She seemed funny and easy going, until I asked her about some problems I've been having with my back, mostly to do with having v. large breasts (and a v. small back). I said that I'd had trouble finding a good bra shop in Athens (because for some reason, retailers expect you to drive for 70 miles to Atlanta for a bra, which I don't do), and mentioned that back in my home country, I'd never had a problem finding bras. She said that it shouldn't make a difference because big breasts were related to obesity and America had a problem with obesity. I just nodded. I think that's an offensive thing to say - I'm not obese and I don't think big breasts are related to obesity, I have plenty of friends who are much bigger than me with tiny breasts and vice versa. I've since changed to Dr. Kim, and I think she's wonderful. I think that Dr. Bond has an issue with body size.
