The Alchemy Hair Studio is a warm wonderful place to go get pampered and beautified. Its got a distictiive asian/indian influecce decorated with warm reds, golds and oranges and furniture with a truly international feel. more

The Alchemy Hair Studio is a warm wonderful place to go get pampered and beautified. Its got a distictiive asian/indian influecce decorated with warm reds, golds and oranges and furniture with a truly international feel.\r \r On the stylist front, I highly recommend Kelli O'Neil, who I've now followed to 3 different salons in 4 locations over the past 5+ years she's been doing my hair. She's got the basics of cutting and coloring down, but also brings a creative edge to her stylings. We've also become good friends along the way, so I feel lucky to count Kelli as not just my stylist, but a friend and all around kick-ass gal. more

Kelli Oneill was awsome. She fit me into her schdule without an appointment. She is fun, funky and fresh. Totally will be going back. The ambiance of the salon was inviting and creative. :) more

Want a cool short haircut? 9/12/2007

Kelly and I had no prior experience with cutting my hair. I came in with long locks and a plan to chop them all off. I had a cartoon picture of a girl with a short a-line bob with side bangs. I could tell Kelly knew exactly what to do with it. She cut my hair exactly like the picture and I've gotten so many compliments! She even treated my daughter and I to a parafin wax hand treatment. It was a great day at Alchemy, for sure! more

I have been going to Kelli for a few years now and shes the best!! She never ceases to amaze me. I have never had a bad haircut and my color is always amazing!! I get so many compliments and now 2 of my co-workers are her regular clients as well. The first time I sat in her chair, I told her I wanted a new look but I was very scared of change. She took her time and consulted with me on what she thought would look best. I found it very easy to trust her. You could tell she was confident in what she was doing!! She gave me not only a new look but a new lease on life. I felt so good when I left her chair I knew I had found my Hair Queen. Please take my word for it Kelli is fabulous!! SARA is a rock star!!! 8/17/2007

I have never been happy with my hair......Until I found Sara. I came to her with a set idea in my mind of how I wanted my hair to look. Not knowing it was possible for it to look even better than I expected. She told me she was going to make slight changes. I was apprehensive but let her do what she wanted since the reviews were so good. I am so glad that I did. She really knows hair through and through. Her personality totally lights up the room and although I was having a terrible day I left the salon feeling and looking good! This is the first review I have ever written for anything. Alchemy is a great hair studio with friendly staff and welcoming decor. Megan is the only person I trust to put color in my hair. She is absolutely amazing! The cut she gave me is easy to manage, flattering to my face structure and exactly what I was looking for. What I love about her is how much she listens to what you want and actually does it (a ""trim"" really is a trim with her). Go to Alchemy and ask for Megan-it will be worth every penny! People are always skeptical when it comes to new stylists; but with Megan, you have nothing to fear. She's awesome!!! Going back to my first hair appointment with her (years ago), she took the time to talk to me about what kind of style I was looking for, color, manageability, etc. Many stylists before did the same, but no one ever carried out my ""needs"" to the ""t"" like she has. Megan put me on a ""hair plan"" since I like to change it up depending on the seasons. It works out great and I'm never bored. Megan will know what will look good for your face shape...because she's just that talented. I brought in a picture of a hair cut that I was thinking of getting and she explained to me why it wouldn't look good on me and gave me different options for the look I was going for. \r \r I cannot reiterate the fact that even after two and a half years; and about forty something hair cuts, I fall in love with my hair over and over and over again. I called Char again and we totally worked everything. She was really helpful and so very kind! She resolved all of my concerns and was so sweet. I am so happy to be back again at Alchemy. Pros: Once you're in, it's fine Cons: God forbid your stylist leave, then just move to another salon more

I have been getting my hair cut at barber shops all my life and have never been satisfied with my hair cuts. I felt as if all my cuts looked like everyone else. After my first experience with Ruth at alchemy, I gotten more complimernts then ever. I even scored a date because of my hair haha. Anyways she is very professional and courteous and listens to your needs. She also educates you on how to style you hair and the proper products to use.
