I'm new to AtYourDoor.co's service. I've only been using them for two months, but I've already recommended them. I've had a very good experience. They are flexible. When I had to cancel an appointment, they were very good about changing times. They are on time when we are scheduled. The workers are polite, energetic and efficient, and they do a very good job. I'm very happy with them! more

My experience with AtYourDoor.co. has been great and I am very satisfied with the service they've provided. They are always professional and courteous, timely and efficient in their business when dealing with me and I will continue to use their services going forward. I first used them for a gutter cleaning and then the second time was for a house cleaning. The only thing I would note that was weird was the I didn't get charged for the job the first time until after the second job had completed, which left me a little confused. That got resolved and I would still highly recommend them to anybody else in the area looking for a quality home cleaning. R. White more

I have used AtYourDoor.co twice. I had them do my gutters for me because I had a groupon. They did a good job with that so I had them come back to fix my closet doors. They came out quickly, were on time and efficient. Everything turned out well. The groupon was a really good deal. The hourly rate is a little high but they do come on time. more

If I could, I would rate AtYourDoor a 10! Or 20! I teach music and they cleaned my office and studio and then I had them come to my house. The people who cleaned my studio also cleaned my house and the two were so wonderful. They would talk and laugh as they worked together and their voices were so soothing--it was almost like they were singing! Their voices were so pleasant as they cleaned. We had AtYourDoor company over once. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room area. Nothing extensive. The cleaners were pleasant, professional, and prompt. more

AtYouDoor.co came to a pretty disorganized house. They worked around everything, picked things up, cleaned and organized a little, and just did amazing job. I have a 2-year-old boy, and they worked around him and were very friendly towards him. It was a very good experience. more

AtYourDoor.co has been with me since May 2012 when they started out as Fodor Properties. Most of the time the service is wonderful, especially with Joel, Jeff and Mark . They have attention to detail, which is important to me. They try to accommodate as best they can the services I have requested. The services have included gardening, cleaning the gutters and downspouts and taking care of all the fall leaves. We have maple trees and -- good grief -- it looks like fall when the leaves come down. I have used their housecleaning service as well. Lydia and her people do a beautiful job. They've been very, very good with their estimates. more

At Your Door did a giant yard clean up and got it all done in a day. They did a wonderful job. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for them to get back but they're busy so I allow that. They give an estimate and stick to it and their estimate is fair for the quality of work they do. I would highly recommend them! more

I love AtYourDoor.co. I've had them cleaning the cabin I rent out for about two years now. They're good about back-to-back turn around cleans. For example, when I have a client coming in and another checking out the same day, they're able to get in and out pretty fast. I would like to charge more next year, so I may ask for a little more attention to detail, but overall they do a good job. Victoria, Lydia, and Kim all give great customer service. It's difficult to find the type of service they give, as well. They understand it's not just a residential house cleaning, but that it's a vacation rental cleaning and how that requires different things be done. I have actually referred other people to them and given them a couple other clients in the business. For a while it was all emailing, but now when I call I can always reach someone. I really appreciate that availability. For instance, one time I had an issue with an unhappy client and I was able to call in and talk to Kim right away and get everything taken care of. There are some little fine tuning things, but overall they know how to get in and out and clean the house and I would definitely recommend them for that. more

At Your Door cleans our vacation rental and their customer service is great. We've been using them since July because they're reliable, competitive with their price, and do a good job. more
