At&T Store

This AT&T store used to be on Lacienega but moved to Labrea and SM. In all my life, I've never received ruder customer treatment and incompetence. Some nasty bitter queen named Kevin refused to acknowledge my account info and treated me like garbage. ""This is a corporate store"" he bitched without helping and ran into the back room, leaving me there with no one to help. I've been a loyal AT&T customer for many years but the treatment I got at this store has me reconsidering a new company. I was practically chased out because I was unwilling and unable to buy a $400 phone. These elitist West Hollywood elitists only show kindness to people with money. Avoid this store and what it represents, that wealthy 1 percent. HORRIBLE. more

Short story: I'd been by a few times, but it there were always people waiting so I didn't stay. Today it was almost empty, and there was one guy on the phone. After a 30 minute wait, I'm asked to come back later. Longer story: There's one guy in this store... A nice calm guy who can deal with exactly one thing at a time. Period. I come in, he's on the phone and asks me to take a seat and wait. I wait about fifteen minutes and ask him how much longer he think it will take? Ten or fifteen minutes, he says. Okay. I take a seat. Another fifteen minutes go by... but I've invested too much time now to leave. So I start to pull out my Kindle and he looks up from his phone and says, it's going to be awhile.
