It is most important that African Americans specifically boycott this location. As a Cingular customer at this location years ago, I met with rude indifference. There is one agent in particular that has been there since the opening of this location (and transition to AT&T), who will let African Americans wait for another agent rather than serve them. He will pick up the phone, fiddle with his computer, or anything else that he can find to do other than serve African Americans. This is my local AT&T corporate location. I have ordered new phones and service upgrades online or by phone, rather than walk around the corner to this location. Recently, I had trouble with a cellphone and went there to discuss it with the agents. This particular agent was cornered, and during our conversation, I was forced to ask for the manager and another agent. Boycott this location if possible. I love the AT&T cell service but the mental abuse sometimes is too much to handle for the cost.
