I will NEVER go into this store ever again! I needed help and was assisted by the manager, who was soo rude and not helpful he was a smartass and i ended up walking out of the store very upset and nothing i didnt get help on what i needed, im very upset with their customer service and like mentioned will NOT go back again. more

Service is Less than Desirable 5/18/2007

I don't have very nice things to say and this is why. First, the store is so crowded and there are not a staff to address the needs of all the customers and staff are not that friendly. My biggest pet peeve occurred last year when I went in to have something done to the account. They did not close out of my account when I left so some how, my account was handed over to some one else. Because of this I was required to get a new phone which they provided for free but they still made me pay for the taxes on the phone though it wasn't my fault! more
