Exceptional Service! 9/19/2008

I ordered my wedding invtations here last month and was completely satisfied and thrilled with everthing. The owner was there every time I went, which I think speaks volumes. There are MANY invitations in all price ranges, and although I ordered from the Crane album another bride was also ordering while I was there and she ordered something completely different (and a lot cheaper, but to each his own!) I just wanted to post something pleasant, since usually you only hear about something if you had a bad experience. It was nice to business here and hopefully I'll be able to do birth announcements in a year or so!!! THANK YOU Pros: HUGE Selection, friendly service! Cons: none that I saw more

I had a bad experience with Crettet's. First of all, the owner cares for her young children in her shop so the place carries a very distinct smell of dirty diapers. Amanda helped me to choose my invitations which I must say are beautiful. She also guided me through the wording and gave me her ""expert"" opinion on how the invitation should read. Pros: Wide selection of invitations Cons: Bad smell, horrible customer service, stubborn and uneducated owner more
