Gary has been my State Farm agent for several years now and has also advised me on investment/retirement funds. I recently needed some information from him regarding one of my accounts and he personally returned my call. He takes time with his customers and builds a personal relationship with them. Customer service is his forte. Gary is involved in the Charlottesville/Albemarle community and I think that's important as a local business owner. I have and will continue to recommend Gary to my friends and colleagues. more

Great Service When my wife, who is Cuban, needs help with our insurance information it is great to know that Gary Albert's office has a bilingual customer service professional. The entire office staff is always helpful and friendly and when I had one claim on my homeowner's policy a year ago, they made the process simple and worry free. I highly recommend the Gary Albert Team. more

Excellent State Farm Agent! 11/15/2011

Awesome Office I can't say enough about Gary and his office. Everyone there truly cares and are always there for you. My wife and I have all our insurance there - auto, home, umbrella, life - he even rolled my old 401k into an IRA! It's so easy having everything in one place. And every time I call or stop by, Gary and his team just take such good care of me. I've recommended all my family and friends to him. I could go forever and just can't thank them enough! more

Great Service and Rates for Auto Insurance 12/27/2009

This office has great people working here that really made my wife and I feel welcome. We consolidated our insurance here, and now have more coverage with less out of pocket. Thank You! Pros: Responsive to my questions and saved us money more
