Tremendous Job By At Parker 12/12/2012

These technicians from At Parker Service Company are really tremendous! I just buy a house and required the entire duct worked replaced, re-installed, and some new registers added. Every we dealt with was very specialized, and they gave us a very competitive bid. Best of all, the autonomous test person who came out to test the air leakage from our ducts. The technician kept saying that we -really- got our money's worth from At Parker....highly suggested!! more

Tremendous service! 10/17/2012

Tremendous service! My furnace began blowing cold air over the weekend. I attempt he basic steps to fix it myself on Sunday night, but no luck. I contacted At Parker Service Company in the morning; they were able to schedule an afternoon apt for me. They give a 2hr service window where the tech would be available, and Gus showed up and detects the trouble as a bad pressure switch after 30 min. Although he didn't have the element on hand, he was able to quotation me the cost for the part and service. He returned with the pressure switch, installed it and gave me an evaluation of the overall condition of my furnace all with an hour. I will absolutely speak to this company again for future services and suggested them! more

Anyone looking for QUALITY WORK... 7/19/2012

I have been a customer of At Parker Service since 2001! I have purchased a heating and air conditioner from them and as well as having continuous maintenance agreements. Not only the staff knowledgeable, but each member of the staff are qualified and have customer service as the number one priority. They always took time to discuss my situation and give me several options in correcting the troubles that I have. I have no reservations in suggesting At Parker Service Company to anyone looking for QUALITY WORK. more

Quick And Superb Job. 9/28/2011

At Parker is an enormous company! I recently had a trouble with my air conditioner. Some other local companies came out and tried to fix it. After few weeks and a whole lot of talk from the other local companies, I lastly called At Parker Service Company. From the first call I knew this was a good company, then the Technician came out and had it figured out in about a 2 hour. It has run for three weeks with no problems!!! If you want professionals and superb service then call only At Parker. more

Professional And Friendly Service. 9/19/2011

AT PARKER called me right away when I submitted my info through mail. My AC way not working and it's supposed to be in the 90's this week. The people from Parker were professional and friendly. The experience was quick and painless. The price was reasonable as well. Now my AC is fully functional all thanks to PARKER. Will definitely use these guys again! more

BEST Service in Aurora. 9/5/2011

I went through few AC repair places before, finally, my sister suggested At Parker saying that they are really PERFECT, but they really know what they are doing. Most important thing is that their work is solid and their prices are reasonable....even on the inexpensive side. And that time when I've been faced with an AC repair emergency, At Parker was there. Best in repairing & Services. 8/30/2011

Just moved into my house and had a leak under the Boiler. I Called At Parker to come out and take a look. The office staff was very helpful as was the serviceman. While at my house the serviceman did a complete walk through and showed me where all my shut-off valves were located and how to use them. He also showed me how to set my timer on the water softener. Extremely helpful and very reasonably priced. I need a new air conditioning system and I'll be calling RBM to do that work also. Really they are BEST in repairing & services. more

First rate service within budget. 7/21/2011

My fantastic experience with At Parker! Joe comes from At Parker Service Company and repaired my broken a/c with exceptional diagnosis of problem to me. Very helpful in describing future protection and advice for our old a/c. He actually exposed the mistake of a repair person from another company we had previously used in doing pro-active preventative maintenance three months earlier. I will definitely use only At Parker Service Company again! Thanks again, Joe & At Parker! more

Absolute pleasure with At Parker... 7/12/2011

I use At Parker for all my shopping centers. They always respond immediately to issues that we need resolved. Joe makes himself available to very quickly for anything that may come up and always get us results. Kathy in the office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have used countless HVAC companies and will not use anyone but At Parker Service Company in the future. It's hard to beat their prices but impossible to beat their service! more

Satisfied Service.. 7/5/2011

I have had At Parker Service Company work on our older heating and AC for about 5 years. Technician comes two times in a year. I arrange an appointment through Taufiq’s. I have found the consistency of At Parker to be a huge plus. He knows the system and I trust him. I appreciate the consistency of having Taufiq’s team coming each time. I have been very satisfied with the service from At Parker Service Company. more

Such a great Service.... 6/22/2011

Had the furnace leaking gas so we called out the At Parker Service Company, the service man found that the stretchy gas line from the dryer was broken; I had moved the dryer to clean behind it about a 2 week ago and I guess it might be damaged. The service man was great he fixed it and goes around the house to glance all gas units. He really works very well. Such a great job… more

They were quick, reasonable, and very friendly so I took their contact information for future use. I recently needed them again because my dryer was taking forever to dry the clothes and again they were quick, reasonable and friendly. These guys know what there are doing. If you have a problem, they'll fix your appliances quickly and reasonably. Without a doubt, for all my appliance repair needs, they will be my first call, every time. more

Good a/c service 3/31/2011

This company nursed my old a/c unit along for a couple of years until it finally grew too worn to repair any more. I replaced my unit this year and am very glad I did since my electric bill was cut in half. They were able to get me a no payment/no interest deal for 1 year. All the technicians and repairmen. I have dealt with have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. more
