I lost my regular mechanic-- so did this city search. I called 4 mechanics and this ""Dorie"" on the phone was so sweet. So I drove there and thought I needed new brake pads. But they told me NO-- you still have 45% good pads left- we can change them if you want. Pros: honest, looked at my car right away Cons: doesn't really have a customer lounge if you have to sit and wait more
