Inna and Sophia are angels. They they treat everyone who lives in their home \r with dignity, respect and love.\r \r We were fortunate to have found Astoria for my father after the terrible manor in which he had been mistreated and ignored at multiple other facilities. The first day I walked in to meet Inna and Sophia I started crying because I didn't think such a place existed. It was so clean you could have eaten off the floor.\r \r They took wonderful care of my father for a little over 3 years, up until his death in early January of this year. When he arrived at Astoria he was thin and undernourished. They nursed him back to health. During the time he lived there he was always clean, well groomed and well fed. \r \r I highly recommend Astoria to every family looking to place an elderly loved one in a home where they'll be loved and well cared for. more

My father was in a senor care home for about 3 years until I decided the care he was receiving was not enough to meet his needs. I felt he was ignored and received poor care. It didn?t help that the owners were never there. A friend told me about Astoria and although I was apprehensive I decided to go see what the home was like. To my surprise, Astoria is not like any other senior home I've ever seen. The place had friendly caregivers, a clean atmosphere, and a very organized system. They only have about 12 residents there so I knew that my father would not get lost in the crowd. After my father moved in they immediately treated him as if he was part of their family. Mom and daughter, Sophia and Inna (the owners), are there literally every single day. They always know what?s going on with him and there is always great communication between us. They take care of everything and it honestly takes a huge weight off my chest knowing that he's being looked after 24-7 and nothing ever gets over looked. Go see for your self. more

My mother lived at this board and care for over 7 years. I am greatfull for the service and care Astoria staff provided for my mom. They treated her with kindness and as part of the family. My doctor said that he has never seen such a professional care. I hope when I get old, I'll be able to afford Astoria, because this is the place where I would like to be at my late retirement.
