Times have changed since we started Asthma Allergy Centers of SW Michigan in 1980. One of the changes we made is moving from paper to all electronic communications. Now Asthma Allergy Centers has changed to an electronic environment. As always we are focused on patient care. All of our staff and doctors try to do our best to take care of the patients. We all feel great when our patients tell us things such as, you have the best staff and you have a very well run office . To keep up with the changes and technology advances we have also changed our website. We have created a new website with a patient access portal.We realized a long time ago that patient communication is critical to any practice success. Patient education starts at our office and continues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our new website. Your communication with our office does not stop after office hours. Now we are open 24/7 with patient access portal. In medical practice the relationship between the patie nt, the staff, and the doctors is crucial. We want to continue this bonding through our patient access site
