I used a coupon from the paper for an inexpensive oil change, which was done quickly. I was told of other issues my car has, but not pressured to have them done. In fact, I was offered a discount (if I could have afforded to do them right away, I would have done so.) more

Honesty in pricing, service, dependablily, family owned business. 9/22/2013

Dennis and the crew at Assurance Automotive keep my auto running and because I have a newspaper route 365 days a year, zero time off, this auto needs to keep going. When I call first thing in the morning with a concern, they always fit me in, assess the problem, give me a honest quote, service the auto and send me on my way. I always better when I take my auto home after a visit from Assurance Automotive. Everyone that I recommend to Assurance Automotive is also impressed and happy with these folks. Brake job 9/8/2013

Brake job went as expected, but the mechanic left grease marks all over the rear end of my car...the sides and the back... I'd never had any mechanic leave so much grease on my car before... Had to go get a car wash to get it off, but even so, it didn't get all of the grease off... I'm always pleased with Assurance's technical abilities, however, and I feel safe and comfortable bringing my vehicles there... more

I took my wife's car in due to brake noise, got a rough estimate over the phone, and pleasantly found out it was only one set of brakes ~ and less than the phone quote... Once again, timely , honest, fair service ~ more
