DO NOT use this title company 5/16/2011

I would not recommend using this title company for anything above a cash deal. They are less than helpful in many ways. They were unwilling to work past 5PM on a Friday to do the HUD for a Monday morning settlement. Worst part is, the it was an already delayed settlement. They acted like it was a bother to perform basic tasks in the title process and the mortgage lender was routinely waiting and having to request documents multiple times from them. more

We have had very good experience with Assurance Abstract over the years. They are professional, courteous and always get the work done on time. They are reasonable and the staff is very experienced in all title and abstract matters. Good Company to work with. Even last minute jobs get handled professionally and fast. Uncooperative abstract ever work with. 9/26/2006

Assurance Abstract told us as a lender that they had no time to send us the title for the buyer. They were too busy. This behavior and response is unacceptable. more
