Byron is not the man you want to have when the well he installs for you burns out just 2 months out of warranty. He literally hangs up on you.

Consistently Good Service Over the Years 3/12/2012

Over the years I have had various water problems in need of repair. I had to replace an old pressure tank, fix an electrical problem damaged by fire ants, and bypass an obsolete water storage tank left behind by Sweetwater. I have always called Associated. Each time I have found them to be professional, knowledgable, and honest. They even came to help on the weekend one time and fixed what turned out to be a minor 5 minute fix and did not want to charge me for it until I insisted. If I need help with my well I will not call anyone else. more

avoid using if possible 2/6/2007

service was satisfactory but unsavory billing methods. They offered to make a payment plan then sent my account to an attorney at 30 days even after I had paid half due by then. Very dissapointed with the unprofessional customer service. more
