Associated Credit and Collection does not act within Federal Law 10/14/2008

Associated Credit and Collections does not follow the Federal Law. I have sent a certified letter stating under the Federal Fair Credit Debt Act that I am not permitted to have personal phone calls at work yet they continue to call me. It is jeopardizing my job! In the event that it does cost me my job I will be taking legal action against this company. . The certified letter was signed for by what looks like the signature of a Donna Gay or Guy. Google Associated Credit and Collection and see just how unprofessional and above the law this company thinks it is!!!! more
