Great staff, excellent Doctor! 10/14/2009

Went in today for a consultation. The staff was more than friendly to assist me, and i never waited more than 5 mins in the lobby, prior to my exam. I have an acute astigmatism, and the doctor was straight forward and honest, did not try to up sell me, as most elective surgery doctors do. Suggested i waited a few more months to see how my eyes develop. An Honest answer from anyone in Los Angeles is rare, but Dr.Assil and staff are a rare gem in Los Angeles. Will go back soon! Pros: Warm Staff, and great Doctor. more

Was suggested from a fellow colleague in the entertainment industry, so i deciced to get some elective surgery done. No regrets, just that living in Malibu, and trying to get there in time on a friday is insane. Pros: Fast, friendly, and compassionate Cons: Too Far more

Highly recommened! 10/6/2009

Had set up an appointment for Sept 14th at 10 am. Walked right in, waited about 5-7 mins, and was then lead to the exam room, where Dr. Kerry Assil notified me of what was going to be done that day for my Lasik procedures, and walked me through what to expect. I was extremely nervous, especially anything that would be touching my eyes. During the procedure, Dr. Assil, had a very calming effect, and i was able to relax during the surgery, and before i even knew it he was done! Next day i was able to drive and goto work! Thank you Dr.Assil!!!!! Pros: VIP Treatment more

I am speechless.......... 2/20/2009

I have never been to this company, but it's quite confusing and irritating when a company never responds to its patients/customers. I had emailed this company a few times about some questions I had, and I NEVER received even one response back from the place. What really irritates me about this whole thing is that, prior to emailing the lasik center, I had heard really good things about it. However, I can see that they care more about earning profit then looking after the needs of their patients. more
