Currently having to deal with the lack of timeliness, incompetency and completely uncooperative attitude from Asset Realty. What was initially to be a two day operation resulted in 10.
The problem was a leaky pipe above the light socket of the shower of the master bathroom. Because of the severity and resulting mold, the contractors sent by Asset Realty did the bare minimum repairs, leaving paint spackles and plaster dust all over the carpets and counters of the bathroom, bathroom carpets,bath tub and shower. Had to spend100. to have a 'construction cleaning that lasted over 4 hours on the master bathroom alone
The paint job was so horrible, that it went into the entry way to the master bedroom from the bathroom. The refuse and plaster dust, along with the dirty boots and equipment the contractors brought in, required the bedroom carpet, bedding comforters to be cleaned.
All of which Asset Realty refuses to reimburse. Even after receiving photo's to support the unsatisfactory conditions described.
IN my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and am filing complaints of same with Better Buisness Bureau, every realty related liscensing entity in the state of Nevada and Henderson Chamber of Commerce
Even with the lighting and sprinkler fixtures still not replaced the Asset Realty property manager insists that the job is complete. It is not - and the only reimbursement I am entitled to is a two day deduction in the rent.
This operation truly needs to have it's business practices and books reviewed.
