After dealing with an agent who seemed to send out mass mailings every time he had a kid to send to summer camp, college, or get braces for, it is refreshing to deal with Afifa who only contacts me when something really needs to be discussed. I went to her after extremely frustrating experiences with my 'replacement agent' (my agent retired, and the insurance company was good enough to move my account to another agent of their choosing), it was nice to get a list of alternative coverages and carriers from Afifa. Being that she is an agent for more than one carrier, she is able to give you actual comparisons between multiple carriers, advise you, and let you choose the best coverage for the best price. So far, customer service after the sale has been very responsive. The answers are always thorough, and she is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended. more

I not only have used Asset Assurance and Afifa personally for my home, condo and personal umbrella policy over the years, but now that I sell Real Estate, have referred many of my clients to her as well. A minimum of 9 out of 10 times Afifa can get them more coverage for less money. Her follow-up is fantastic, her assistants are thorough, courteous and knowledgable, and she does NOT try to up-sell you. I have been very please with my service over the last 12 years. During that time I have had 2 claims. Both of which were handled quickly and were virtually effortless on my part. I could not recommend Afifa and her company higher.
